How Oru works

Small, real actions, checked fairly, turned into a little world that grows with you.

Day 1: your first action

Your first day takes about a minute.

Log itPick something you did today, like handing over sorted waste. Add a photo if you have one.
Earn itEach action earns seeds. Actions checked with a photo or a QR scan earn more than a quick tap.
Grow itPlant your seeds in your pixel city. Every tile you grow helps your guardian wake up.

Example log: Handed over sorted waste+3 seeds

Example only. Real rewards depend on how the action is checked.

Climate change, nature loss and pollution are linked problems. Scientists call them the triple planetary crisis.

Big fixes need governments and industry, but everyday habits in homes and streets add up too. That is where Oru starts.

Waste
Sort it, reuse it, hand it over right
Separate wet and dry waste, carry your own bag, and give recyclables to a kabadiwala.
Heat
Keep yourself and your street cooler
Shade a window, water a street tree, and save the AC for when you need it.
Energy
Use less, switch cleaner
Switch off at the plug, take the bus or metro, and ask about rooftop solar.
Water
Save it and keep it clean
Fix a dripping tap, reuse RO wastewater, and keep plastic out of drains.
